•  A deposit (bond) of 2 days rent or $500, whichever is the greater, must be paid immediately to secure reservation. The bond is held and refunded following inspection after departure.

•  Full rent must be paid 1 month prior to commencement of booking.

•  Bookings of less than 3 days incur a $50 cleaning and admin fee.

•  Bookings cancelled a week or less prior to booking date will incur a cancellation penalty fee of 2 days rent (for appropriate period) unless another booking of equal time is received.

•  NO GROUP OCCUPANCY FOR THOSE UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE.

•  NO PETS.

•  NO SMOKING.
